How long does implementation take?
Typically 2-3 weeks from contract signing to full deployment. This includes data migration
(if needed), staff training, and system configuration. Premium customers receive dedicated
onboarding support to ensure smooth transition.
Do we need special hardware or equipment?
No special hardware required! Karevox works on any smartphone, tablet, or computer with
internet access. Care workers can use their existing mobile devices. We recommend
modern devices (2020 or newer) for best performance.
What happens to our existing care records?
We can import your existing resident data (names, care requirements, etc.) during
onboarding. Historical care notes remain in your current system. Karevox becomes
your new documentation platform going forward—existing systems can be phased out
at your pace.
Can we cancel or downgrade?
6-month plans: Cancel with 30 days notice after initial commitment period.
12-month plans: Cancel with 60 days notice after initial commitment period.
Downgrade from Premium to Standard anytime with 30 days notice (data retained for 90 days).
Is our data secure and UK-based?
Yes! All data is stored exclusively on DigitalOcean servers in London, UK.
We're GDPR compliant with full encryption (in transit and at rest), regular
security audits, and strict access controls. Your data never leaves the UK.
What support do we receive?
